RiderQ – Terms of Service

1. About RiderQ

RiderQ provides QR stickers that link to a user’s emergency profile. These profiles are intended to assist emergency responders in identifying the rider and accessing important medical and contact information in the event of an accident.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use RiderQ. By using our service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • RiderQ is offered as a paid subscription service.
  • Upon subscribing, you will be billed according to the plan you select.
  • All payments are processed securely via a third-party payment provider.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your RiderQ account dashboard. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

4. QR Stickers & Shipping

  • Each new subscription includes three (3) QR stickers, shipped to the address you provide.
  • Additional stickers may be purchased separately through your account.
  • Shipping is currently available only to supported regions — please verify availability before purchasing.

5. Your Emergency Profile & Data

To use RiderQ, you must provide certain personal, medical, and emergency contact information.

  • This data is securely stored in our systems and used solely for the purpose of generating and maintaining your emergency profile.
  • Only you can edit your profile, and only those who scan your QR code can view your emergency information.
  • RiderQ will never sell your personal data to third parties.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use RiderQ for unlawful or abusive purposes.
  • Do not share false or misleading information in your emergency profile.
  • Do not attempt to access or modify another user’s profile or QR data.

7. Disclaimer

RiderQ is intended as a support tool for emergency response. We do not guarantee that responders will scan the QR code or that access to your profile will always be available. You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the system.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after such changes means you accept the updated Terms.
