Refund Policy

1. Subscription Payments

All RiderQ subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to automatic renewal unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.

2. QR Sticker Shipments

Each new subscription includes a shipment of three (3) QR stickers. Once shipped, these items are non-refundable.

We will replace stickers that are:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect or incomplete due to a shipping error on our part

Please report such issues within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement.

3. Canceling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your RiderQ account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. No prorated refunds are given for unused time.
